Salary: £45,000 - £55,000+ DOE + bonus

Are you an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer looking for a role that offers high-value, non-volume transactions with high-net-worth clients? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm in Nottingham, working closely with Wealth Estate owners and providing bespoke, client-focused legal services.

The Role

As a Senior Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll be a key part of the Private Client Residential team, handling complex, high-value property transactions, including:


*Acquisitions & Sales
*Auctions & Land/Property Transfers
*Re-mortgages
*Private Client & Corporate Property Support

What We’re Looking For


*Experienced Residential Property Conveyancer with a strong background in high-net-worth, non-volume transactions
*Excellent client service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
*Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
*Previous experience in a Private Client Residential Property team
