Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Duties:
*Support planning applications across a range of sectors.
*Carry out research and policy analysis to inform planning strategies.
*Provide advice on planning regulations and local authority guidelines.
*Work closely with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
*Assist on complex and high-profile projects.
*Contribute to planning reports and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
*A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
*MRTPI or working toward chartership.
*Previous Planning experience either public or private sector.
*Knowledge of UK planning laws, policies, and procedures.
