Our client is a fast-growing Real Estate Financing business located in North West London, who are recruiting a Graduate to join their real estate lending team. This position offers full training and career prospects.

Applicants should have minimum 6 months experience within the Property or real Estate sectors and be educated to degree level.

Duties include:
-Handling and assessing affordability of potential borrowers affordability
-Underwriting loans to mitigate risk from initial contact through to practical loan completion
-Liaising with valuers and analysing their reports to get a true understanding of the property value and making sure all elements of risk are known to the valuer
-Analysing the UK real estate market and considering appetite for future lending
-Handling post loan matters from development funding to granting of leases
-Managing live loan portfolio to ensure performance continues throughout term

Key Skills:
-Real Estate experience essential
-Educated to degree level
-Microsoft Office proficient
-Strong numerical skills
