Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily credit control activities, ensuring timely collections.
*Contact customers regarding overdue debts and process payments.
*Allocate payments accurately and handle telephone credit card transactions.
*Resolve outstanding debt issues and follow company procedures.
*Liaise with internal teams and assist with reports.
Who We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in Credit Control or a similar role.
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Basic Excel skills.
*Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
*Strong numeracy skills.
