We are looking for a dedicated Team Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support within the Energy & Natural Resources Sector. The role requires a highly organised individual with an ability to manage multiple tasks and provide support to an team of operational directors.

Description
As Operations Team Assistant, you will be responsible for;
*Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
*Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments.
*Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
*Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
*Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
*Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
*Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
*Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Profile
A successful Team Assistant should have:
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*An understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
*Proven experience supporting C-Suite or Director level.
Job Offer
*Salary of around £40,000-£45,000.
