Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for a fully remote opportunity with a reputable and supportive firm? We are seeking a skilled professional to handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing exceptional service to our clients.

The Role As a remote conveyancer, you will be responsible for:
*Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progress.
*Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and handling exchange and completion processes.
*Using case management systems to keep files up to date and ensure compliance with regulations.
What We’re Looking For *A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
*Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Proficiency with conveyancing case management software.
*Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
