Job Description:
IT Support Analyst - with SQL / Crystal Reports experience
This role is to work in a small IT team, as the assistant to the Head of Systems Development.
You will be supporting around 120 users on the internal business system called "Tesseract".
We are looking for an experienced support person who can respond to requests to modify or create reports on the SQL data base. You must be able to build queries in SQL / SAP Crystal Reports, understand a user’s requirement and create / modify a report for them.
Reports include performance data, KPI’s, Management Dashboards etc.
You will work on Projects helping to integrate new systems & programmes and optimise systems performance.
Any PHP, MySQL, JSON, API REST programming and integration skills would be useful, the Head of Development can teach you PHP programming.
This is a full-time permanent job.
Office based in Harlow, Essex.
Standard hours are Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30.
