Construction Estimator
£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Private Healthcare + Enhanced Holiday
Berkhamsted, Hemel Hampstead
Do you have an Estimation/Sales/Quantity Surveying background within a Construction/Engineering industry looking to develop your career in a leading construction and utilities company that are offering the opportunity to progress and boost your earnings with commission?

The day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting CAD and construction designs, preparing accurate material quantifications and quotes, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. Within the role, you will develop strong relationships with clients, manage existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
This role would suit an Estimator/Sales/Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction/Engineering looking for a new role with a growing company that can offer great training, a friendly team and a competitive benefits package.

*Interpreting CAD/Construction Design
*Preparing quantifications and Quotes
*Liaising with clients
*Managing accounts and developing new business

*Estimator with a background in Formwork Construction/Plant Hire
*Full UK drivers license
*Commutable to Berkhamsted, Hemel Hampstead
