Job Description:
Are you passionate about customer experience within the property world? Do you enjoy creating experiences and destinations that clients are proud of and customers love to visit? We’re looking for a talented Customer Experience Strategy Consultant to help shape innovative solutions for commercial and residential real estate clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Collaborate with commercial and residential real estate clients to identify and implement Customer Experience improvements.
*Lead discovery workshops and create customer journey maps.
*Conduct fieldwork and research for Customer Experience journeys.
*Build and manage surveys and digital campaigns.
*Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and asset performance.
*Support new business pitches and contribute to the development of client presentations.
*Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in customer experience roles, with a background in property management and occupier relationship management.
*A strong passion for customer experience and a drive to improve service delivery.
*Expertise in customer journey mapping.
*Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.
