If you like the consultancy side to Financial Planning, but not the sales aspects, then this would be an excellent move for you. The role of the Financial Adviser will be focused on building genuinely meaningful relationships with the clients you are allocated, getting to understand their personal goals and aspirations.
Technical expertise will be split across pensions, investments and protection, with some intergenerational guidance, where appropriate. My client is looking for a Financial Adviser that has circa 3 years of providing practical Advice and guidance and someone that is looking for a long-term career move. Full on the job training and support will be provided, along with study support if you are looking to gain your chartered status. All the Advisers are provided with full Financial Admin and Paraplanning support and a professional and team orientated environment to work in. This role has the added advantage of hybrid working and an excellent benefits package and highly achievable bonus.
