Billing Clerk
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
We are looking for a proactive Finance Assistant / Billing Clerk to join a highly respectable client in Milton Keynes. This role will start with transactional tasks and grow over time.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process and record customer invoices accurately.
*Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries.
*Collaborate with internal teams for smooth billing processes.
*Prepare and manage sales ledger.
*Assist with cash receipts and month-end closing.
*Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
*Experience in billing or a similar finance role.
*Strong understanding of billing processes and software.
*High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Good organisational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, QuickBooks and Xero
