Job Title: Family Solicitor/Legal Executive
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Watford (Hybrid - 2 Days WFH)
Hours: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases on legal aid cases.
*Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a compassionate, client-focused approach at all times.
*Draft legal documents, such as court applications, consent orders, and financial statements.
*Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings when required.
*Ensure effective communication with clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
*Stay updated on developments in family law to provide the highest level of service.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Qualified Solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE in Family Law).
*Previous experience in Legal Aid (required)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively.
*High attention to detail, particularly with legal drafting.
*Empathetic and supportive approach to client care.
