Driving License & Own Car Required

Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers
*Conduct daily canvassing and prospecting activities
*Arrange and conduct property viewings, gathering feedback
*Negotiate and secure the best possible sales prices
*Achieve sales targets and upsell additional services
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
*Stay updated on market trends and property values
