We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a Software Architect their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and offers remote working.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Leading the architectural design of complex software solutions
*Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure success delivery of projects
*Creating proof of concepts and prototype solutions
*Staying up to date with latest industry trends and technology updates
*Overseeing the technical direction across multiple projects
*Mentoring junior members of the team

The successful candidate will have:

*Experience in a similar role
*Extensive experience in software design and development
*Proficiency in modern programming languages (C++, Java)
*Deep understanding of embedded Linux
*Understanding of the Android AOSP
*Excellent understanding of system architecture
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience working in an Agile environment
