Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator for our Chartered Financial Planning client based in Merseyside. The role is to assist in providing administrative and technical support to the business, including
*Supporting with new and existing client communications and queries
*Supporting the paraplanners in research and analysis and implementation and recording of new business
*Technical filing onto business systems
*Booking client appointments and greeting clients and visitors
*Basic report writing and assisting with preparing paperwork for client meetings
*Liaising with product providers and other third parties
*Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets
*Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally.
Requirements
3+ years administration experience gained within financial planning, ideally with an independent firm.
Ideally have passed the RO1 qualification, or at least be willing to do so.
Our client is a growing Chartered Financial Planning firm with lovely modern offices, offering a fantastic benefits package including 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, private medical and 10x death in service as well as a bonus scheme and support with CII membership and qualifications.
This is a full time role, office based but after probation there is flexibility to work from home one day per week.
