The Job:

*Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
*Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
*Provide expert travel advice, ensuring compliance with travel policies and optimising travel experiences.
*The implementation of new clients.
*Enhance current travel programmes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and cost savings.
*Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
