Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager: *Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, stock control, and sales performance

Experience and Background: *Previous retail experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Floor Manager
*A strong understanding of KPIs and experience in driving store performance
*Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
*A track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
