Job Description:
Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Chippenham
An established and friendly Wiltshire law firm is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its thriving conveyancing team in Chippenham.
Your Role:
*Handle a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages and new builds
*Collaborate with a supportive team to drive growth within the department
*Deliver exceptional client service at a well-respected firm
What You’ll Need:
*Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
*A minimum of 2 years’ of experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload
