Finance Manager 
Location: Kent (Hybrid)

Goldhawk Associates are working with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial strategy, commercial analysis, and business partnering within a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing key insights to maximise profitability, manage financial risk, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

*Business partnering with commercial teams, procurement, and senior finance to drive financial performance
*Deliver budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reporting for key stakeholders
*Conduct margin management to enhance profitability
*Present and explain financial performance at weekly meetings
*Identify risks and opportunities to enable business growth and operational efficiency
*Support group compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
*Provide financial analysis 
*Ensure strong financial governance and adherence to statutory requirements

Key Skills & Experience

*Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience
*Background in financial analysis and business partnering, ideally in a commercial environment
*Strong ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders
*Hands-on experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
*Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
