Group Finance Manager | Dorset (in office 3 times per week) | £60 000 - £75 000
Join an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as a Group Finance Manager. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you’ll oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial processes, preparing consolidated accounts, managing audits, and supporting financial controls. This is a great chance to grow your skills in a dynamic environment and develop towards a Group Finance Controller role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy.
*Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
*Manage audit processes and prepare financial statements.
*Oversee VAT returns, statutory reports, and internal controls.
*Manage and develop 2-3 Finance Assistant Accountants.
*Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency.
Person Specification:
*ACA/ACCA qualified
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
*Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
*High energy and commitment to quality work.
*Netsuite experience is a plus.
