You will be responsible for:
*Managing your own case load of housing disrepair claims being pre and post-litigated cases.
*Dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications
*Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
*Dealing with complex cases
*Dealing with small claims, fast and multitrack case
We are open to considering both qualified solicitors as well as strong fee earners providing you have the knowledge to succeed working on complex cases.
