The Role
As a Conveyancer, you will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
*Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds.
*Managing the entire conveyancing process, including title checks, contract drafting, and liaising with third parties.
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For
*A minimum of two years’ experience handling a full conveyancing caseload.
*Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
