Job Description:
Sales Order Administrator
£25,000, hybrid working
Looking for an experienced administrator with knowledge of Sales Order / Purchase Order Processing who is confident on the phone and able to respond to supplier requests.
You will be responsible for updating customers on the progress or their orders, dealing with invoices, any issues with goods providing and the initial telephone contact for all SOP enquiries.
Your key role will be to liase between customers and management to assure that stock levels are correct.
Ideal candidates should have an understanding of Sage, Word and Excel. Any knowledge of Protean Service Management Systems would be great, although training will be given.
This is an office-based role in Milton Keynes applicants therefore are required to be within a reasonable commute.
