Our well-established clients are looking to recruit a Branch Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis. Working in the Mildenhall Branch you will take responsibility for the branch working with the operations Manager to ensure that the branch hits financial targets and all customers are serviced within the agreed timescales. Ensure quotation targets are hit in terms of producing quotations and following quotes for new and existing customers. Maintain a friendly and professional manner to all customers over the phone or face to face. In a nutshell it is a busy Branch supervisor role. Day-to-day management of a small team within the branch. Deal with head office regarding any shortfalls in orders or any damaged goods.
This is a busy role as Branch Supervisor and our client wants someone with existing Branch supervisory experience in the Trade industry.
This role is Monday to Friday. There is a bonus paid on how successful the branch performs. The salary is between £30,000 to £35,000k.
