The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:
*Managing a diverse caseload of sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership, and transfer of equity.
*Providing excellent client care and ensuring smooth transaction progression.
*Contributing to business development and networking within the Exeter market.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
*Be confident in managing files independently.
*Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Be proactive, detail-oriented, and work well in a team.
