Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with our client who specialise in selling portable bespoke dance floors, bar and flooring for the hospitality and leisure sector across the UK, Europe and internationally and are now on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join their growing team!
Your Sales Executive Role:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our client to promote and sell our products over the telephone, based at their offices in Castle Donington, Derby.
*Conducting high quality one to one telephone conversations with decision makers and influencers within the Hospitality Industry.
*Ask the right questions to ascertain information and sell the features and benefits of our products to consumers.
*Build persuasive rapports, trust and develop strong business relationships with the key decision makers within the industries that we sell into.
*Full co-ordination of the sales process, from developing the lead, negotiating, closing the sale at the earliest opportunity and invoicing.
*Attend trade shows a few times a year.
*Sales are not always & quick wins; so building good stable relationships with existing and new clients, fact finding and generating trust though a professional relationship with the decision makers and influencers you speak with is very important.
*Closing sales ideally you will have gained success in a Business to Business sales role, within a call centre or sales office environment and you will need to be competitive, target driven, self- motivated as well as being a good team player. If you have hospitality sales or event management experience all the better but not a must.

Having a background in hospitality and leisure would be an advantage to understand how the process and industry works however other skills would be as follows:

Benefits & Rewards:
*Permanent Full Time Position (37.5 hours per week)
*Salary of £25-£27,500 per annum plus potential OTE earnings of £8k upwards (Uncapped)
*Hours 9-4 with a one hour lunch break
*Contributory Pension Scheme after 3 months
*20 days holiday rising to 25 after 12 months service (plus Bank Holidays)
