TITLE: Sous Chef - £38,000 p/a plus tips Award Winning Restaurant
THE COMPANY
An Award-winning 2 rosette restaurant in the Braintree area is looking for a talented and passionate Sous chef. This is an independent restaurant looking to cook fresh produce to a high standard. If you are looking for a new challenge, then this could be the place for you.
THE POSITION
In this position you will be required to cook fresh produce to an award-winning standard. You will be running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, preforming daily due diligence and maintaining high levels of hygiene. The person chosen for the position will also have a hand in menu development so a creative touch is needed.
