Job Description:
A leading firm is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join their Accounts Team, the largest division within their growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, provide strategic financial advice, and mentor junior team members in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: ? Manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact.
? Provide proactive financial, tax, and business advice tailored to client needs.
? Oversee accounting and tax projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
? Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a strong team environment.
? Collaborate with senior management to enhance client service and business growth.
? Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining excellent client relationships.
About You: ?? ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
?? Strong background in accountancy practice, with experience managing teams.
?? Excellent client management and advisory skills.
?? Organised and proactive, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
