Business Development Consultant
Leicester
Up to £28K basic uncapped commission
When you walk in the room full of new people are you the type to go and say hello to everyone or hide in the corner?
Are you a driven, motivated, competitive person?
Confident picking up the phone, opening doors, and closing deals?
If you know how to win new business, we’d love to talk.
Whether you’ve worked in B2B sales, telesales, recruitment, or business development, if you can sell and want to earn big, read on.

What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Expanding and strengthening existing relationships
* Developing sales strategies and building partnerships
* Driving overall business growth through outbound sales
What you need:
* 1-5 years’ experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, recruitment, or telesales
* Resilience, drive, and the ability to win new business
* Confidence in making outbound calls and pitching to clients
* A hunger to hit targets and progress your career
