£90,000 - £120,000 + Bonus
A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Global Payroll & Benefits Manager to drive the strategic and operational excellence of their international payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the end-to-end payroll process across UK, EMEA, APAC, and the US for approximately 250 employees, managing multiple vendors.
*Develop and implement a best-in-class payroll strategy, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
*Manage bonus payments, benefits administration, and international assignee payroll.
*Take a holistic view of payroll operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
About You: *Proven experience as a Global Payroll Manager overseeing payroll across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
