Job Title: Accounts and Admin Manager (Salary £33,000 to £37,000)

- Assist with the administration aspects of our business.
- Undergo 2 weeks of on-boarding training.
The Role
The role is based in Acton W3 and reports to the Financial Accountant (Head of Finance).?
This full-time position’s responsibilities include:
1. Payments (from customers, and to suppliers) - Ensure they are processed and recorded correctly
a. Raising and sending invoices
b. Credit Control
c. Making Payments
d. Allocating Banking
2. Query resolution
a. Answering accounts queries
b. Agreeing process for lost/damaged items
3. Communications
a. Sending out customer feedback forms/surveys
b. Supporting proposals & presentations
i. Keeping library of videos/photos/policies
c. Supporting internal communications programmes
i. Training, town-hall meetings and Policy roll-outs
4. Logistics Co-ordination
On a few occasions, during busy periods or in the absence of the logistics co-ordinator, assist with tasks such as:
a. Confirm details with clients and take payments
b. Plan deliveries and liaise with couriers
c. Support our Health and Safety agenda
Requirements:
Candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritise.
- A good eye for detail.
- Practical problem solving skills.
- Ideal the candidate has proven ability to organise, handle multiple tasks in a day with a calm temperament under some time pressure.
- Demonstrable track record of teamwork, and a good period of loyalty to a previous employer. Previous experience dealing with both Customers & Accounts personnel would be an advantage.
- Excellent communications skills with evidence of tailoring communication styles for different audiences.
- Good IT skills - Candidate should be happy to use our own financial database and stock system, read & input data in a spreadsheet, prepare a formal business letter, & update a shared Calendar.
