Loan Administrator

*Salary: £24,000 + bonus
As a loan Officer within the Servicing team, you will manage various loan portfolios for multiple clients, undertaking a range of post-completion loan servicing activities in accordance with service level agreements, procedures, and current legislation. Clients include banks, specialist lenders, and private equity funds, with customers ranging from individuals, partnerships, SPVs, to Limited Companies. You will be required to consistently deliver excellent service, ensuring fair treatment of customers and achieving the best outcomes.
Responsibilities:
As a Loan Administrator, you will handle critical tasks such as:
*Accurately redeeming mortgage accounts within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
*Managing the secure release of security and Title Deeds in compliance with established procedures. - Maintaining precise records and ensuring the secure storage of files and deeds.
*Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls with utmost professionalism.
