Technical Product Owner – Microsoft Dynamics CRM

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that align with our business objectives.

Hybrid Role: You’ll need to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the design, development, and maintenance of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
*Customise the CRM platform to meet business needs, including configuring modules, workflows, and reports.
*Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and support to gather and define requirements.
*Document CRM configurations and development processes.
*Identify and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
*Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics development.
*Strong ability to drive CRM improvements and optimise system performance.
*Excellent collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.
