Job Title: HR Officer
Work Pattern: 8.45am to 5pm – 36.25 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

The HR Officer will provide essential support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This temporary role requires someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities: *Administer and support the online recruitment process, ensuring smooth candidate management.
*Manage and maintain the online learning system, assisting employees with access and queries.
*Generate regular HR reports using Business Objects and iTrent reporting systems.
*Coordinate and set up training courses, handling logistics and scheduling.
*Ensure compliance with HR policies, including equality, diversity, and employment best practices.
Candidate Requirements – *Previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
*Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Good understanding of equality, diversity, and HR employment considerations.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
*Experience with HR systems such as iTrent and Business Objects is desirable.
