Key Responsibilities will include:
*Act as the ’go-to’ person for technical queries within the team
*Support and mentor less experienced team members
*Monitor and update financial planning tools, research software, and calculators
*Develop and implement advice strategies, including cash flow modelling, retirement planning, and tax-efficient investing
*Ensure the quality and compliance of all financial advice delivered
*Conduct due diligence, research, and investment analysis
*Prepare suitability reports and client presentations
*Oversee provider illustrations, applications, and investment information
*Monitor client objectives and business pipelines
What do we need from you?
*A minimum of 5 years of experience in paraplanning
*Strong knowledge of holistic financial planning, including pensions, investments, and inheritance tax planning
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Chartered or working towards Chartered status would be of most interest, but the Level 4 Diploma is essential
*Experience in training and supervising other team members (desired)
