Team Manager - MASH - Hybrid - From £59,505
NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the South East who are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their MASH Service. The ideal candidate will have a background working within busy MASH teams whilst holding management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include;
*Lead the team providing appropriate support/challenge to ensure the delivery of high quality services, accurate and timely case file records and effective use of resources to statutory/legislative requirements
*Oversee the distribution of caseloads to ensure the child/young person’s needs are met
*Make clear decisions around threshold ensuring risk is evaluated and decisions recorded on case files
*Carry out regular quality assurance including observations, case reviews, team and peer moderated audits
*Use all available performance information/audit outcomes to efficiently manage the team

Requirements:
*A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
*An up to date DBS check
*Experience working in MASH, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
*Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
