We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer in the Bristol area.

Main Duties:
*Maximize and generate client quotations based on service visits, callouts, and insurance reports.
*Generate minor and major repair quotes, including modernizations.
*Follow-up on client quotes and manage expectations.
*Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction during the quotation process.
*Process orders and manage stage payments using the in-house maintenance system.
*Order parts within the given budget and timeframe.
*Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate quotes.
*Monitor workload to meet monthly targets.
*Process timesheets in the absence of the Regional Manager.
Person Specification:
*Experience in managing high volumes of communication.
*Confident communication via telephone and email (especially with Outlook).
*Proficient in Microsoft Word.
*Experience in quoting based on insurance reports.
*Preferred experience in the lift industry, or relevant engineering background (training provided).
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to work both independently and in a team.
