Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Pangbourne as a Receptionist. This a key role within the business, providing a friendly and professional welcome to customers & visitors, ensuring great customer service is always given and presenting a positive impression.
*Location: Pangbourne
*Job type: Permanent
*Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.15pm, Fri - 8am - 4pm, Sat - 8am - 2pm (this is on a rota basis so will be every 4-6 weeks and you will receive a day off in lieu)
*Salary: up to £26k (depending on experience)
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
*Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner
*Keeping the reception area tidy
*Answering calls and transferring to relevant person where required.
*Booking appointments and updating the internal system
*Taking credit card payments
*Ordering stock as and when required
*Petty cash
*Sorting and distributing post
*General administration duties as and when required
The successful Receptionist will have the following related skills / experience:
*The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.
*A confident, friendly, and approachable manner.
*Flexible working attitude
*Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
*Strong customer service, administrative, organisational and time management skills.
*IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office including Outlook.
