Our client is a successful law firm who offer various legal services to their fantastic client base including family and mediation, motoring offences, conveyancing, and criminal defence. The firm have great future growth plans and are hiring a paralegal into their Private Client department who can assist fee earners and develop further with the firm in the future.
The Role
You will be providing legal support to fee earners, and will assist with progressing client matters under supervision, working on drafting Wills and LPAs. The department also deal with Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting fee earners daily with drafting and opening and closing files
*Making appointments
*Onboarding clients
*Undertaking AML checks
*Completing and submitting Probate Registry forms
*Liaising with clients
About You
*Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a Private Client department who is looking for a long-term career within this area of law
*Strong client communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills
