With a strong local client base and an emphasis on residential conveyancing, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys handling local property matters while being part of a friendly and supportive team.
The Role:
This is a key role within the firm, where residential conveyancing will be the primary focus. However, experience in private client matters would be advantageous, and any family law knowledge would be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
*Providing expert legal advice and excellent client care.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the local community.
*Opportunity to support private client and/or family law matters if experienced in these areas.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
*Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
*A Welsh speaker would be beneficial but is not essential.
