Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for our International client based in Sandwich for an experienced Data Processor. This will be on an initial 6-month temporary basis, however there may be the potential of this being extended.
This position is an extremely important one to the business and will be looking to combine extremely good attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
You will be downloading large volumes of data from customers, and checking to make sure that everything you have is correct and in order before you start the processing. You will then have to transfer this data into their bespoke IT system ensuring 100% accuracy as you do so. You will need to speak and e-mail the customers if there are issues or problems with the data you receive, asking them to amend and resubmit in order for you to carry out the processing.
You must have good IT and keyboard skills and be able to demonstrate you have excellent attention to detail and experience in a processing environment.
This will be a Hybrid role with 80% of the time working from home and 20% based in the office.
There is an excellent rate of pay for this position and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 till 17:00 or 8:00 till 16:00 with an immediate start.
