Internal Relationship Manager - Join a Leading Specialist Property Finance Lender
Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days office-based, Fridays WFH)

We’re seeking an ambitious Internal Relationship Manager to join an award-winning specialist lender in London, offering both bridging loans (up to £25m) and development finance (£500k+).
Your Impact:
As an Internal Relationship Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the external sales team, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining excellent client relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for both existing and potential clients, managing relationships while building your pathway to becoming an external Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries on existing and new cases
• Craft and issue indicative terms for bridging and development finance proposals
• Participate in Credit Committee meetings to discuss cases
• Drive deal progression from terms to credit approval
• Manage pipeline cases through to completion
• Develop and nurture intermediary relationships
• Coordinate external Relationship Manager schedules
• Represent the company at industry events and expos
• Join monthly intermediary visits with external Relationship Managers
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience in specialist finance, estate agency sales or mortgage broking, with a stable career history.
• Previous exposure to intermediary relationships (desired)
• Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong team spirit combined with individual initiative
• Ambition and enthusiasm for career growth
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary up to £35,000 (experience-dependent)
• Uncapped quarterly/annual bonus potential up to £10,000
