What We’re Looking For:
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage professional
*Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating mortgage advisers
*Demonstrated success in mortgage sales & estate agency lead conversion
*Strong protection sales skills with a consultative approach
*Experience with HNW clientele (preferred but not essential)
*Entrepreneurial mindset - Driven, ambitious, and relationship-focused
