Exciting Opportunity for a Paid Social Expert!
I’m working with a global, purpose-driven agency that’s looking for an experienced Paid Social Account Director to lead best-in-class performance for one of their flagship luxury clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about driving innovation and delivering outstanding results in the paid social space while mentoring and inspiring a dedicated team.
About the Role:
In this role, your client will:
? Define and implement a strategic paid social framework to meet and exceed client KPIs and business objectives.
? Act as the senior point of contact for all paid social initiatives, managing escalations and providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
? Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, overseeing campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting to ensure market-leading execution.
? Monitor daily workflows to ensure processes and quality assurance protocols are followed.
? Collaborate with new business and marketing teams to develop and deliver pitches, driving agency growth.
? Act as an internal expert on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across social platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to maximise value for clients and stay ahead of platform innovations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
�? Paid Social Expertise: Proven experience in a senior paid social role within an agency setting.
?? Client Leadership: Strong client relationship management experience with a proven ability to handle senior stakeholders.
?? Luxury Sector Experience: Prior experience working with global luxury brands and a passion for the luxury category.
?? Campaign Management: Expertise in planning and managing both brand and performance campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets.
�? International Experience: Experience managing activity across multiple markets, including exposure to region-specific platforms (e.g., Line, Kakao).
?? Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing a team, optimising workflows, and setting performance goals.
