My client is an established and ambitious consultancy, working across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a talented Structural Engineer who thrives on variety and responsibility.
The Role:
? Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
? Mentoring & developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
? Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
? Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
? Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future
What they are looking for:
? Chartered (IStructE or ICE) or near Chartered status
? Strong experience in structural defect surveys and assessments
? Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and manage junior engineers
? Proven track record in delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
? Ambition to step into a senior leadership/director role
