Job Description:
Eames is working with a global Specialty Insurance provider on the appointment of 2 Strategic Relationship Managers to be based out of their London or regional Manchester offices on a hybrid working basis.
The successful individual will play a key part in promoting their UK Regional Market proposition through through maintaining and enhancing essential relationships with designated broker partners. You will also work alongside a broad array of internal stakeholders such as underwriting teams and other functional services across the business to improve overall efficiency for the group.
This is a hybrid role where the individual will also have authority to write business across their core product lines such as Marine, Cargo, Terrorism, Cyber and Property & Casualty.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
*Demonstrable experience of working in the Lloyd’s and company insurance markets.
*Proven knowledge of marine and specialty insurance products.
*An understanding of basic underwriting principles.
*Analytical skills with the ability to understand and translate performance metrics.
*Ability to present to a range of stakeholders including C-Suite level.
*Track record of maintaining and enhancing broker partner relationships.
