Hours: 7am - 4pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Side Loader - Class 2 driver to join our team in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to secure a permanent position after a temporary period. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of side loader vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and collection of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate side loader vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently.
*Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
*Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness.
*Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
*Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
*Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers.
*Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
*Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
*Proven experience operating side loader vehicles.
*Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to work additional hours if required.
