Job Description:
Internal Business Development Manager (Bridging Finance)
Location: London Central
Hybrid - 3x Days from home / 2x days office,
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Performance bonuses paid monthly,
Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting the external BDMs
*Dealing with enquires
*Liaising with brokers and often clients
*Structuring deals
*Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
*Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
*Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
*Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the bridging finance industry.
*Educate clients on the features and benefits of our bridging finance products.
*Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and guide them through the application process.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications.
*Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
*Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to position our products effectively.
*Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
*Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline the approval process.
*Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business development success.
*Generate regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
Location: London Central
