This position is a key part of the Human Resources team, focusing on evaluating and improving HR policies and managing or overseeing all ER issues.

*Leading the Employee Relations offering across the organisation
*Advising on ER, employment law and change management issues
*Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

*Identifying areas for improvement in terms of employee relations and proposing solutions
*Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
Profile
A successful Head of Employee Relations should have:
*Experienced Head of Employee Relations or Employee Relations Manager seeking a career development move
