Sales Administrator

Your Responsibilities:
*As a vital member of our sales team, you will undertake a range of important duties, including:
*Delivering comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the seamless operation of the department.
*Preparing professional correspondence such as letters, memoranda, detailed reports, and spreadsheets with precision and accuracy.
*Maintaining meticulous filing systems and coordinating schedules, including the arrangement of meetings.
*Managing a variety of general administrative tasks with diligence and professionalism.
*Serving as the initial point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a polished and positive first impression.

The ideal candidate will possess:
*Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to generate insightful reports for management and the broader business.
